Q: How do I create a new account?
A: Creating an account is quick and easy. Click the “Create Account” button in the upper right corner and fill in the required fields. Please type your email carefully and double-check it to avoid any mistakes.
An email with your account details will be sent once you complete the sign-up process. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder, and add our email address to your contact list to ensure proper delivery in the future.
Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?
A: Go to the sign-in page and click “Forgot Your Password.” Enter your email address and then click “SEND RESET LINK”.
You’ll receive an email with the password reset link immediately after submitting your request.

Q: How do I update my password, email address, or personal information?
A: Sign in and click the “My Account” in the main manu. It will open your user profile and you will be able to edit your info.
Downloading Embroidery Designs
Q: How do I download the designs I've purchased or the free ones?
A: All designs are available for instant download. Simply click “MY DOWNLOADS” in the main menu to access your files.
You will also receive an email with download links immediately after placing your order. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder and add our email address to your contact list.
All files are delivered in ZIP format. Please unzip them and check the extracted folders to find your preferred embroidery file format and size.
If you’re unsure how to unzip files, you may search online for “How to unzip files.”
Q: I lost a design I purchased, can I download it again?
A: Yes! You can log in anytime and re-download your purchased designs from the “MY DOWNLOADS” section.
Q: What embroidery file formats do you offer?
A: We provide all major file formats compatible with the most popular embroidery machines, including Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina, Janome, Husqvarna Viking, Singer, Pfaff, and many others.
Available formats include: PES, XXX, VIP, VP3, HUS, JEF, SEW, EXP, PCS, DST, BX (for embroidery fonts), and ART (for newer designs).
Please always check the design description to confirm whether your preferred format is included. We cannot offer file conversion support.
Q: What design sizes do you offer?
A: Design sizes vary depending on the style and dimensions of each design. Please refer to the design description before ordering.
Important:
4x4, 5x7, 6x10, 8x8, 12x12, etc. indicate hoop sizes, not the actual design size. If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
Using Embroidery Designs
Q: Am I allowed to sell items I create using your embroidery designs? What about licensing?
A: Yes! You are welcome to sell physical items you stitch using our designs. However, the embroidery design files themselves must never be sold, shared, or distributed. Please refer to our Copyright Rules for full details.
Q: May I use your stitch-out images in my online shop?
A: Absolutely! You may use our stitch-out images to showcase the designs you offer on your items. Please include this credit: Design courtesy of www.sewsweetly.com
Q: Where can I find the color chart or sequence sheet for a purchased design?
A: A PDF file containing the design preview and Madeira Classic Rayon thread color chart is included in the ZIP file.

Q: Can I resize the embroidery designs?
A: We do not officially recommend resizing designs. However, many users successfully resize designs by about 10% larger or smaller. Larger adjustments—like reducing by half or doubling the size—will likely cause stitching issues, such as excessive density or distortion.
We just can’t be responsible for how a design stitches out at a size other than the ones for sale on the website, too many variables are beyond our control.
Custom Embroidery Digitizing
Q: What do you charge for custom embroidery digitizing?
A: We offer flat-rate pricing based on design complexity, not on stitch count or size. Simply send us your artwork, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
Q: What is your turnaround time for custom embroidery digitizing?
A: Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Typically, orders are completed within 24–72 hours.
Q: Why is your custom embroidery digitizing page inactive sometimes?
A: We temporarily close new digitizing requests when we are processing existing orders. Please check back in a few days to see if new orders are being accepted.
Q: Do you digitize copyrighted designs?
A: No, we do not digitize copyrighted designs. Please ensure you have proper permission to use the artwork before submitting your request, as we are not responsible for copyright issues.
We do not verify whether a design or clip art is copyrighted—this responsibility lies with the customer.
Discount / Promo Codes
Discount / promo codes can be applied on the cart summary page.
Q: Why am I unable to use a discount code sometimes?
A: All voucher codes are disabled during sales, except for certain special vouchers.
Payment methods
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa credit and debit cards.
Refund
Please include a stitched-out image of the design when submitting your refund request. We will review the design, and if an issue is found, we will process the refund.
Please note: Refund requests submitted without a stitched-out image will not be accepted.
